Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a major telecommunications transformation program focused on OSS delivery and operational uplift. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can drive outcomes, manage complex delivery streams, and work across both business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in coordinating technical teams, managing delivery risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams within a large-scale OSS environment.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of OSS-related projects and transformation initiatives
  • Drive project execution, governance, planning, and stakeholder management
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams across architecture, engineering, operations, and vendors
  • Manage project schedules, RAID logs, dependencies, and delivery reporting
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery outcomes
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and remove blockers
  • Support integration and platform transformation activities across telecom systems

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within telecommunications
  • Strong OSS program delivery experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive delivery and hold teams accountable for outcomes
  • Strong technical understanding across system integration and enterprise delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex transformation programs within large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to or experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience working within large-scale transformation or operational uplift programs
  • Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodology experience
