Job Description

  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, white papers, and technical blogs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content tailored for diverse audiences, including developers, IT professionals, and end-users.
  • Create and update diagrams, tutorials, and other visual aids to enhance the understanding of technical content.
  • Review and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Type of documentation expected to be written: Interaction diagram, High-level architecture diagrams, AWS services with end-user access permissions, Sequence diagrams.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Ability to contribute to technical docs in GitHub
  • Hands-on experience on Visio / draw.io
  • Microsoft 365 utilities for flowcharts.
  • Atlassian tools: Confluence and Jira
  • AWS DevOps, Cloud Formation
  • Good in generating documentation around modules, services, code, architectures etc.

Nice-to-have:

  • AWS services, IaC, DevOps, CI/CD toolchain
