About the Role 

We're looking for an experienced Technology Adoption Lead to work closely with customers, internal teams and strategic technology partners to drive user adoption, behaviour change and value realisation across technology solutions. This role will help customers unlock the full value of their Cisco technology investments through structured adoption strategies, enablement programmes and measurable success outcomes.  

Working alongside sales, delivery and vendor teams, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimise workflows, increase engagement and embed technology into everyday business practices.  

A key focus of the role will be supporting customers throughout their technology lifecycle journey, helping drive adoption, improve utilisation, identify expansion opportunities and demonstrate the operational and financial benefits achieved through technology investments. 

What you'll do 

As a Technology Adoption Lead, you will: 

  • Lead the development and execution of customer adoption strategies that maximise technology utilisation, engagement and return on investment 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through behaviour change, workflow optimisation and value realisation initiatives 
  • Partner with sales, delivery and vendor teams to create adoption roadmaps, success plans and measurable business outcomes.  
  • Design and deliver customer enablement programmes including workshops, training sessions, communications plans and adoption campaigns. 
  • Gather and translate customer requirements, workflows and success criteria into actionable adoption plans.  
  • Develop adoption reporting, insights and success metrics that demonstrate customer value and support continuous improvement.  
  • Support customers through technology lifecycle initiatives, helping drive platform consumption, business adoption and long-term customer success. 
  • Identify opportunities to showcase value realisation, including productivity improvements, operational efficiencies, technology optimisation and commercial benefits achieved through successful adoption. 
  • Ensure adoption frameworks, communications and materials remain aligned to vendor best practices, governance requirements and customer objectives.  
  • Collaborate across sales, delivery, product and vendor teams to embed adoption outcomes throughout the entire customer lifecycle.  
  • Support internal capability growth by sharing adoption expertise and best practices across Datacom.  

What You'll Bring 

  • 5+ years' experience in technology adoption, customer success, change management or a related discipline. 
  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer enablement programmes, workshops, training initiatives and adoption campaigns. 
  • Experience navigating complex customer environments and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. 
  • Proven experience creating adoption roadmaps, success plans and reporting against measurable outcomes. 
  • Experience working with major technology vendors and customer success frameworks will be highly regarded. 

Knowledge & Skills 

  • Strong understanding of technology adoption methodologies, change management principles and customer success frameworks. 
  • Strong understanding of CISCO Solutions 
  • Broad knowledge of digital collaboration, networking technologies and user-centric transformation practices. 
  • Strong understanding of how technology adoption contributes to customer outcomes, lifecycle growth and long-term business value. 
  • Ability to articulate both technical and commercial benefits to executive and operational stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to derive insights from adoption data and success metrics. 
  • Ability to translate technical capability into tangible business outcomes and customer value.
