We currently have an opportunity for Tenant Maven to join our Responsive and Preventative Maintenance (RAPM) team and play a key role in resolving complex tenant enquiries, complaints, access challenges and service delivery issues. 

 

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality tenant outcomes that support responsive and programmed maintenance services for our inner-city social housing portfolio. 

 

What You’ll Do 

 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

 

  • Act as the escalation point for tenant enquiries, complaints and complex maintenance matters. 
  • Coordinate resolutions with Downer operational teams, Service Delivery Partners and HOMES. 
  • Build positive tenant and HOMES relationships through proactive communication and support. 
  • Facilitate tenant forums, community meetings and information sessions with HOMES. 
  • Document interactions, monitor feedback trends and support service improvement initiatives. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and effective stakeholder engagement. 
  • Experience in project delivery, construction trade environments or maintenance coordination. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Customer relations, problem-solving and analytical capability with strong attention to detail. 
  • Understanding tenancy-related matters, policies and regulations, plus a driver’s license.
