Responsibilities:
Develop new business and grow current accounts to meet or exceed sales targets with a focus on net new.
Create and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) plan to achieve quota.
Develop and implement customer account and opportunity plans aligned with company goals and quota objectives.
Engage effectively with sales resources including Sales Engineers (SE), Marketing, Operations, and sales leadership to develop and implement customer account plans.
Utilise the CRM system for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities.
Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
Execute complex sales processes effectively.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Ideal Experience:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the Cybersecurity, Data Security or similar domains.
Startup experience valuable
Experience managing, growing, and taking ownership of accounts.
Previous experience with accounts of up to 2500 employees.
Demonstrated history of consistent achievement against sales quotas.
Experience meeting with and presenting to C-level/executive level contacts.
Familiarity working with the Channel.
Ability to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources and liaise with external partners at all levels.
Experience working across various vertical markets.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar.
Proficiency in consultative solution sales.
