The Opportunity

Are you ready to elevate your sales career and make a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Sage Division, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. You’ll champion cutting-edge solutions that reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomes—empowering providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a Sydney-based role, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
  • Build strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support
Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
  • Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sydney and surrounding regions

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
  • Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
