Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

As a Total Rewards Partner, you 

  • Act as a rewards partner, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance across AUNZ 

  • Lead the execution of rewards programs at sales market level, think compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas of global total rewards 

  • Support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles and oversee the annual rewards processes (salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, market benchmarking) for the sales market 

  • Drive consistency and compliance with global policies, ensuring all local practices follow both global frameworks and legal requirements 

  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to support organization‑specific reward strategies and decision‑making 

  • Collaborate with Finance and HR functions to facilitate effective cost planning and accurate compensation data management in global HR systems 

  • Analyse internal and external market data to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices in the sales market 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global rewards processes, tools, and data quality 

  • Ensure compliance across AUNZ including WGEA submission 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​​ 

Our Total Rewards Partner works to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment, and supporting leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance. You secure consistent, compliant, and competitive reward practices while collaborating across HR, Finance, and global TR teams. 

WHO YOU ARE​​ 

We are looking for people with

  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job role framework 

  • Awareness of market policies and practices​ and ability to analysis market data 

  • Experience completing WGEA submission and working with Mercer Job Framework and Salary Submission. 

  • Strong analytical, advisory, and project management skills 

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills 

  • Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to visualise and analyse data 

  • Proficiency in English; written and verbal 

  • University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience

This is a part-time contract (3 days) role based in Sydney, reporting to the Country Sales HR.
