What this opportunity involves:

In proud partnership with Australia Post, JLL is seeking a Transaction Manager to join us in shaping the future of parcel delivery across Australia.

You will be part of the “Out of Home Parcel Locker” program and team, and will drive the strategic expansion of the parcel locker network through innovative partnerships and transactional excellence.

Whilst this is a hybrid role, please note that you are required to attend the office in Sydney CBD at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and engage key property partners to secure optimal parcel locker locations
  • Transaction Management: Coordinate lease and license documentation preparation with performance targets of 35 parcel locker installations per week
  • Market Analysis: Analyze retail market trends and conduct due diligence to inform leasing strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Network Operations, Projects, and Operational management teams to ensure efficient outcomes
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain industry relationships within Government and Private Investor sectors
  • Data Management: Utilise SalesForce platform and maintain comprehensive reporting on pipeline status

Key Skills and Requirement:

  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • At least 3 years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software
