About The Role

As a Transport Allocator, you will join a team of allocators within our busy NSW warehouse and distribution centre, playing a key role in coordinating the daily flow of deliveries. You will be responsible for facilitating, monitoring, and managing the timely dispatch of all orders to our customers, while maintaining accurate system transactions and ensuring data integrity across SAP, and OTM.

A Typical Day

Will see you engaging with our customers to exceed expectations, driving brand loyalty through delivering a remarkable customer experience every time.

You will manage our warehouse systems to allocate orders efficiently, drawing down orders daily to minimize transport costs. You will ensure that all SAP transactions related to order processing, delivery scheduling, and stock movements are completed accurately and on time.

You will thrive on resolving customer enquiries and work closely with our delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by Electrolux and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process and monitor customer orders in SAP, OTM and Radaro ensuring timely release and allocation for delivery.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Utilize SAP to plan and confirm transport schedules, optimising routes and costs.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels in SAP through timely goods issue and receipt of transactions.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all SAP, OTM and Radaro entries (sales orders, delivery notes, transport documents) are correct and compliant with company standards.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze SAP, Radaro and OTM reports for delivery performance, transport costs, and order status.

  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to resolve SAP, Radaro or OTM-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or transport/logistics industry

  • Experience working with subcontractors or external vendors

  • Manage deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment

  • Respond effectively to sudden changes in plans and shifting priorities

  • Strong communication skills, particularly in face-to-face interactions

  • Builds strong, trusting relationships and communicates effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

  • Responds swiftly to changing situations, quickly interpreting new information and adapting with confidence and sound judgement.

  • Manages priorities efficiently, applying a structured and disciplined approach to achieving daily outcomes.

  • Experience with SAP preferred but not essential

  • Exposure to OTM or similar systems
