Your Role

To facilitate, monitor and manage the timely delivery of all orders released for distribution to our customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with our customers, both internal & external, to exceed expectations, driving brand loyalty through delivering a remarkable customer experience

  • Identify system issues with OTM and SAP and highlighting issues to your manager and resolution teams

  • Utilise the current transport management system (OTM) to build loads, allocate orders efficiently, drawing down orders daily to minimize transport costs and to ensure bookings on customer portals are confirmed

  • Proactively review the urgency of the delivery and using other resources when needed

  • You will thrive on resolving customer enquiries and work closely with our delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by Electrolux and our customers

  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that information is shared and utilised in the correct manner.

Who You Are

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) System

  • Geographical knowledge of NSW

  • Transport Routing experience

  • Excel spreadsheets- Intermediate level
