Ericsson is seeking Transport Planning and Design Manager [IPRAN, IPCORE, and ISP] to drive the design, planning, optimization, and operations of large-scale telecom IP/MPLS networks in a Managed Services environment. The candidate who can drive transformation, enhance customer, operational, and financial performance, and lead cultural change. This role focuses on operational excellence, analytics, and automation to ensure continuous improvement.
What you will do:
• Develop subject matter expertise in IPCORE, IP Online, IP Service and ISP domains. • In depth knowledge of telecom operators' network architecture and solutions. (Preferrable if True, Dtac NW experience]• Identify skill gaps, develop plans, and assess proficiency in technical and automation skills.• Collaborate with RAN, Transport, and IT teams for E2E service delivery.• Manage project execution, including MOP preparation, execution oversight, and post-migration validation.• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.• Support reporting and KPI tracking for network availability, performance, and optimization.• Oversee Unit Management, ensuring cost control, EGMS compliance, and communication.• Manage projects, including customer relations, performance, and financials.• Lead operations, ensuring productivity, quality, SLA fulfillment, and compliance.• Drive automation, data-driven operations, and workflow management.• Identify and implement E2E digitization use cases.• Set high performance standards, define goals, and enhance team competence.• Promote collaboration and team-building across functions, including leading virtual teams.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.• Foster innovation by introducing new methods, processes, and technologies.• Improve automation and process efficiency, leveraging E2E process knowledge.• Analyze and enhance processes, workflows, and operations.• Define and manage transformation business cases and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).• Identify and mitigate transformation risks.• Ensure transformation adoption, OKR achievement, and business case fulfillment.• Align and manage multiple transformation projects across units.• Facilitate impactful customer, operational, and financial improvements.

Join our Team
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years' experience in IP Core, IP/MPLS, and large-scale Telecom/ISP environments.
- Strong technical expertise in MPLS, Segment Routing, BGP, IS-IS, VPN services, and IP backhaul.
- Solid knowledge of Mobile Core (PS/CS), RAN integration, and Data Center networking.
- Experience in Managed Services projects and multi-operator environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
- Knowing True and Dtac network architecture and solution is highly preferred
