Profile Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B travel, account management, or a travel agent role with a strong understanding of the travel industry
  • Confident and professional written and verbal English communication skills for managing client and supplier relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, proposals, and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Experience with invoicing, pricing coordination, and proposal preparation
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload across account management and operational tasks
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to client communication and supplier coordination

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing travel partners and corporate clients
  • Respond to inbound travel enquiries and assist with bookings and itinerary coordination as required
  • Prepare and send pricing, packages, and proposals to clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments across client accounts
  • Liaise with contracted suppliers and operators to coordinate logistics and service delivery
  • Update and maintain pricing, product information, and package details across internal systems
  • Support the wider team with account management tasks, reporting, and general operational support
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and supplier communications
