About Dispensed

At Dispensed, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential by supporting better health outcomes. We believe that access to innovative and alternative therapies can transform lives. Through our telehealth platform, we facilitate patient access to affordable, efficient, and reliable alternative medicine services across Australia, NZ and the UK.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised UGC Content Creator Manager to build and manage a reliable pipeline of high-quality, TGA-compliant creator content across Dispensed Global’s portfolio of brands.

This is a hands-on contractor role focused on managing the end-to-end UGC production process, from creator sourcing and outreach through to scripting, briefing, production management, revisions and final asset delivery.

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, Paid Content Producer and Paid Media team to ensure we have a consistent stream of paid-social-ready creator content that supports acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other performance channels.

Important Distinction

This is not an influencer partnership role focused on reach, followers or awareness.

This is a UGC production management role focused on creating compliant, paid-media-ready assets that can be tested, iterated and scaled.

Time Commitment & Compensation

  • 2.5 days per week
  • $450 per day
  • Total monthly fee: $4,500

To keep creator campaigns moving efficiently, the 2.5 days should be spread across the working week rather than worked consecutively. This ensures timely creator outreach, briefing, approvals, revisions, and content delivery.

Preferred working rhythm:

  • 3–4 shorter work blocks per week
  • Fast turnaround on creator communications
  • Weekly updates on the content pipeline
  • Consistent delivery of completed creative assets

What You'll Own

  • Creator Sourcing and Outreach - Build and manage a pipeline of suitable creators across Australia, Singapore, and the UK.
    This includes:
    • Identifying creators who fit each brand’s audience and tone
    • Managing outreach, negotiation and onboarding
    • Prioritising creators who can produce natural, credible and platform-native content
    • Maintaining a live creator database with status, cost, usage rights, content quality and past performance
  • UGC Strategy Support - Work with the Growth Marketing Lead and Paid Content Producer to translate brand and performance strategy into creator-ready content.
    This includes:
    • Supporting persona development
    • Translating campaign angles into creator briefs
    • Developing hook and script options
    • Identifying repeatable content formats
    • Mapping content needs by brand, audience and channel

The contractor contributes to UGC strategy but does not own the full growth strategy.

  • Script Writing and Briefing - Create clear, compliant and performance-focused creator briefs.
    This includes developing:
    • Hook options
    • Talking points
    • Visual direction
    • CTA guidance
    • Format requirements
    • Reference examples

The brands already have:

    • Compliance guardrails
    • Do and do not say guidance
    • Brand guidelines
    • Visual direction references
  • Production Management - Manage the full production workflow.
    This includes:
    • Creator briefing
    • Timeline management
    • Revision management
    • Final file collection
    • Asset naming, storage, and delivery to ad manager

  • Compliance and Quality Control - Ensure all UGC is produced within approved compliance guardrails.
    This includes:
    • Avoiding restricted product claims
    • Avoiding paid personal testimonials for therapeutic goods
    • Avoiding direct promotion of prescription-only treatments
    • Ensuring content stays within approved brand, legal and TGA guidance
    • Management of internal legal reviews
  • Asset Delivery and Reporting
    This includes:
    • Final edited videos where required
    • Raw footage where useful
    • Hook variations
    • Cutdowns
    • Captions and suggested ad copy
    • Creator usage terms

The role should help close the loop between what is being created and what is actually working in paid media.

What Success Looks Like

Expected monthly output:

  • 15-25 finished usable assets per month
  • Plus raw footage that can be repurposed into additional cutdowns and variations

Within 30 days:

  • Creator pipeline established
  • Outreach process running
  • Briefing templates created
  • First creator assets in production

Within 60 days:

  • Reliable monthly UGC delivery rhythm
  • Clear creator database and tracking system
  • Repeatable briefing and approval process
  • First learnings from paid performance

Within 90 days:

  • Consistent stream of compliant creator assets across priority brands
  • Stronger creative diversity in paid accounts
  • Clear view of best-performing creator types, hooks and formats
  • Reduced pressure on internal owned content production

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing UGC, creator or influencer production
  • Strong understanding of paid social content, especially Meta and TikTok-style formats
  • Strong script writing and briefing skills
  • Excellent organisation and project management
  • Comfortable managing multiple creators and deadlines at once
  • Experience in regulated categories, healthcare, wellness, finance or similar is highly desirable
  • Able to work quickly without creating compliance risk

What We Offer

  • Work From Anywhere. 🌍
  • A competitive salary and awesome benefits package. 💰
  • A supportive and positive work environment. 🌟
  • Opportunities to grow and develop your career. 📈
  • Opportunity to transform lives through alternative medicine. 💡
