Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead design efforts for our Sydney office, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.

The Product Design team is responsible for the strategic design, visual direction and development of our product. You will have the opportunity to collaborate alongside an international team of experienced designers to maintain and shape our global product.

In this role, you will focus on creating innovative mobile app experiences that are tailored for the Australian market. Your knowledge of betting, sports, and the local market will be vital to challenge market leaders, drive our product forward, and grow our market presence.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Extensive background in app and web product design, with significant commercial experience.
  • Strong visual portfolio showcasing product design, including advanced graphic work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma or similar software.
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout and user psychology.
  • Appreciation of HTML, CSS and front‑end development principles.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts.
  • Proven ability to conceptualise innovative ideas and problem solve.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working for a global brand.
