Join us as a UX Developer who sits at the intersection of Design, Technology, and Marketing. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and interactive reality. You will work within the Web Marketing Team to build high-converting customer journeys while collaborating with the Engineering team in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure code quality and scalability.
You are a builder, a tester, and a problem solver who loves bringing campaigns to life through code.
This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.

Let’s talk about you

  • Previous experience in the Telco or Service Provider industry.

  • Experience managing large-scale corporate websites with high traffic volumes.

  • Experience with Node.js build tools and package managers.

  • Knowledge of Git flows and repository management.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, or similar tools to derive insights.

  • Familiarity with PHP and PHP-based environments: Laravel (Blade templating).

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Figma to Code: Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JS.

  • Design Systems: Maintain and expand our corporate design system, ensuring visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Journey Mapping: Review, design, and implement customer journeys, ensuring a seamless flow from acquisition to conversion.

  • Wireframing: Rapidly prototype wireframes and mock-ups to visualize solutions before development begins.

  • A mobile-first mindset, ensuring flawlessly responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Development & Implementation

  • Front-End Development: Build and deploy new website functionality using HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind), and JavaScript.

  • JavaScript Frameworks: Experience working with Vue and Nuxt

  • CMS Management: Develop custom themes and modules for our corporate CMS platforms, specifically Storyblok, or Laravel.

  • Accessibility First: Advocate for and implement modern developer principles, ensuring all web assets meet WCAG accessibility standards.

  • Scoping & Architecture: Scope technical requirements for marketing campaigns and architect solutions that are scalable.

Optimisation & Strategy

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Testing: Conduct A/B testing (split testing) and multivariate testing to improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Data-Driven Iteration: Use website analytics to analyse user behaviour and implement code/design fixes that drive engagement.

  • SEO Best Practices: Ensure all development adheres to technical SEO standards (Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data).

Collaboration & Agile

  • Agile Integration: Operate within a Scrum environment, attending stand-ups and advocating for marketing projects within the engineering backlog.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and agencies to review code, integrate third-party tools, and improve platform utility.
