Profile Requirements:
- Test Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive test plans and cases in collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders.Perform manual testing, record results, and report defects.Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues.Defect Management:Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA.Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, ensuring thorough regression testing.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain clear documentation of test activities and results.Create detailed test reports, highlight key findings, and communicate progress to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.Stay updated with industry trends and participate in training to enhance testing skills.
