As a Value Analytics Specialist / Data Analyst, you’ll:
Translate business problems into data solutions across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams
Build models and analytics tools to improve performance (e.g. on-time delivery, network optimisation, forecasting)
Analyse large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel
Deliver actionable insights that influence operational and leadership decision-making
Work with cloud and modern data platforms to bring solutions to life
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytics, reporting, and data science capability

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded, and passionate about data. You’ll bring:
Experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Specialist, or Data Scientist
Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or Excel
Experience working with large datasets, data modelling, and reporting
Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and business outcomes
Strong communication skills - translating analytics into business value
A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
