Job Description

  • You will be responsible for tender management for the Public Sector Services division
  • You will process incoming tenders, primarily from the public sector
  • You will analyze the market with regard to trends and new business development opportunities and regularly check databases for company-relevant tenders
  • You prepare the documents for the bid/no-bid decision
  • You coordinate the next steps and bring together teams from the relevant departments
  • You are responsible for the tendering process, monitor the preparation of the offer and ensure the quality of processing and timely submission
  • You will support the Account Manager in cost estimation, presentation and negotiation
  • You will support internal quality management in optimizing processes (this also includes creating, maintaining and developing quotation and service sheet templates)

  • Du bist für den Ausschreibungsprozess verantwortlich, überwachst die Erstellung des Angebots und stellst die Qualität der Bearbeitung und fristgerechten Abgabe sicher
  • Du unterstützt den Account Manager bei der Kostenschätzung, -präsentation und -verhandlung
  • Du begleitest das interne Qualitätsmanagement bei der Optimierung von Prozessen (dazu gehört auch das Erstellen, Pflegen und Entwickeln von Angebots- und Leistungsblattvorlagen)

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the public sector as an administrative specialist with a focus on public procurement
    Optional: Completed studies in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications in the field of administration 
  • Experience in the area of bid management / presales of IT 
  • Experience in dealing with public tenders (knowledge of public procurement law / EVB-IT an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
  • High degree of independence and flexibility in detailing and developing own role, high level of self-motivation
  • Confident use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst als Verwaltungsfachkraft mit Schwerpunkt im Vergabewesen
    Optional:  Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen im Bereich Verwaltung 
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Bid Management / Presales von IT 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen (Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht / EVB-IT von Vorteil)
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität bei der Detailgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Rolle, hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel und Word
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und fundierte Englischkenntnisse
