About the Role

The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team sits within MSIM’s Distribution division and plays a core role in the support of client relationships across the full lifecycle — from onboarding through to ongoing servicing and engagement.  The team collaborates with clients and internal partners to anticipate client needs, solve challenges, and unlock the firm’s full capabilities to help them achieve their investment goals.

  • Involvement with client facing projects, regulatory events and change management, including undertaking client impact assessments and managing client communications
  • Ownership for driving global best practice across the client service organisation
