About the Role:
The Vice President of Field Marketing Europe is the regional marketing leader, reporting directly to the Global Head of Revenue Marketing. This role is responsible for marketing strategy and execution across the region with a focus on market development, segment-based demand and pipeline generation programs, partner and alliances marketing. The right person for this role is a leader that inspires teams to do their best work, a bold marketer that cuts above the noise, a hands-on manager, and a natural cross-functional collaborator and partner to the field. This person is customer-first, drives a data-driven decision-making culture throughout the team, and thinks about creating memorable ‘experiences’ not executing ‘events’.

What You’ll Do:
Build and execute the Europe marketing strategy and plan, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional sales leadership.
Align regional marketing strategy and plan with global marketing and company strategy and goals.
Work closely with corporate communications and brand team to create, build and execute brand awareness and air cover initiatives to raise our profile and leadership in region. This includes regional PR, social media, brand campaigns and user conferences.
Create and execute regional campaigns and pipeline development programs, across Enterprise, Corporate and SMB segments, in tight collaboration with the global campaigns, growth marketing and product marketing teams. This role has direct management of regional marketing and alliances marketing managers and indirect management of corporate-based teams which provide the marketing infrastructure and services to support regional and local program execution.
Create and execute meaningful customer advocacy and experience-based programs, which provide opportunities for our customers to tell their stories, and engage with and learn from other customers’ experiences.
Tightly align Marketing with Sales based on shared and measurable goals. Infuse a data-driven culture within marketing to create a data-based analysis of what’s working and where to adjust investments based on regional sales priorities.
Keep a pulse on the changing market landscape and competitive dynamics, providing regional insights to the global team.
Localize campaigns and product positioning and messaging as appropriate. Create a feedback loop to communicate what’s resonating in region to the global team.
What You’ll Need:
Extensive proven management experience in a high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS company.
Experience leading marketing teams and driving strategies across all aspects of marketing, from brand awareness to pipeline development.
Ability to think strategically about growing the business in the region, including where and how to invest, and set a clear marketing strategy.
Ability to clearly communicate the marketing plan to gain alignment with key stakeholders, and manage execution of the plan with the marketing team.
Understands how to build and execute impactful and high -value programs and experiences to drive growth.
Has a sense of urgency and is execution focused, with the ability to drive this mindset through the team.
Thinks about new and innovative ways to drive growth and customer engagement. People with a “we’ve always done it this way” mindset need not apply.
Builds highly productive and collaborative working relationships across the business, with a focus on creating a shared, results-focused mission with Sales.
Has a data-driven growth mindset, and uses data to drive decisions and proactively identify where to focus pipeline creation efforts.
