- Support Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager maintain and improve the Engineering Management System (EMS) including Plans, Procedures, Processes and Work Instructions.
- Collaborate with BDA Systems Engineering to plan and support EMS Training for Wakulda Engineers
- Work as part of wider team to develops and progress Engineering change management artefacts
- Manages design through the system engineering reviews and business gate process.
- Works with the project team to ensure the engineering scope is Developed, Verified and Delivered within the quality, schedule and budgetary constraints of the project
- Works with the project team to identify, mitigate and manage technical and project risks associated with capability delivery
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
- Approx 2 years' experience in complex technical development and integration projects.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle management, including Mandated System Reviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage, influence and negotiate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Experience developing and executing against Systems Engineering artefacts including Systems Engineering Management Plan and Verification and Validation Plan
- Experience with Change Management processes and progressing change management artefacts
- Experience in technical problem solving
- Experience with aerospace and / or defence projects and have NV1 Clearance
- Experience in supporting projects in an ASDEFCON contract environment highly regarded.
