Job Description

Are you a talented writer with a passion for websites, content, and SEO? Do you thrive in fast-moving environments and love the challenge of shaping a brand’s online presence? If so, we want you on our team!

OFX is undergoing a major website transformation to better serve our B2B clients. We’re looking for a skilled Website Content Writer to help us migrate existing content into a new website design and craft compelling new content that aligns with our evolving product offerings and brand.

This role is perfect for someone who can balance meticulous content migration with creative storytelling, ensuring a seamless lift-and-shift process while optimising and enhancing our messaging. You must have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to balance SEO, Brand, Content, and Product to achieve the best outcome for the website.

What you do:

Content Migration & Creation

  • Assist the website team in transferring existing website content into our new website design, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
  • Identify content gaps and refine messaging to better engage B2B audiences.
  • Write and optimise new content, including product pages, blogs, and case studies.
  • Ensure all content meets SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and user experience (UX) considerations.

Simplify & Elevate Messaging

  • Transform complex product concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable copy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deeply understand our products and articulate their value effectively.
  • Adapt content to different markets, ensuring cultural and regional relevance.

SEO & Performance Optimisation

  • Enhance existing and new website content for maximum SEO impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise content performance and drive traffic.
  • Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and relevance in a dynamic market.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with web producers, SEO specialists, and regional marketing teams to execute the website transformation smoothly.
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure all content is compliant.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure our website reflects the latest offerings and innovations.
  • Align with brand and content teams to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in website writing, ideally with a focus on B2B content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimising website content.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
