THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our diverse team based in Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle and Parramatta, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

As a Workforce Planner you will translate workforce data into actionable insights, develop and maintain forecasting models, analyse trends across multiple data sources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce risks and opportunities. You’ll provide clear planning insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in our Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle or Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast resource requirements and support effective resourcing.
  • Analyse claims volumes, workload trends, caseloads and attrition to inform workforce forecasts.
  • Monitor planning accuracy and refine forecasting models to improve predictability.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide clear insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to workforce optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in workforce planning, analytics or operational modelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop practical insights.
  • Experience analysing workforce data such as workload, capacity, caseloads or attrition.
  • Exposure to or understanding of workers compensation systems and frameworks.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
