Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage EHS compliance and risk mitigation across the account
Implement and maintain tailored EHS+Q management systems
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
Oversee essential safety measures and ensure legislative compliance
Deliver training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders
Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Monitor and report on EHS performance using KPIs
Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain certifications
Promote a strong safety culture through mentoring and coaching
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in EHS roles, ideally in property, FM, or construction
Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, systems, and risk frameworks
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience in audits, compliance, and incident investigations
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software systems
ICAM and Lead Auditor qualifications (preferred)
