About the Role

In this key planning role, you will drive revenue, margin and sell‑through across our global wholesale channels. You’ll bring accuracy and commercial insight to forecasting, inventory optimization and stock allocation, ensuring our retail partners across Australia, Europe and the UK are always set up for success. • Identify and mitigate risks around overstocking or stockouts.

  • Own the open‑to‑buy (OTB) framework for wholesale.

  • Execute replenishment plans that support trading performance.

  • Analyze sell‑through and stock cover data to guide ranging and allocation decisions.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, supply chain, and finance teams.

  • Support performance across international markets including the UK, EU and Australia.

Who You Are:

You’re a commercially minded, analytical planner who brings clarity to complexity and thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. You balance detail with big‑picture thinking and can confidently influence stakeholders across multiple functions. You’ll also bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in planning, merchandising, or wholesale planning.

  • Proven success in forecasting, inventory management, and stock allocation.

  • Advanced analytical capability and confidence working with data.

  • Experience working across multiple markets and/or channels.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross‑functionally.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.

  • Experience in fashion/retail, planning systems, or international wholesale markets will be highly regarded.

  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
