A bit about your role

The Workflow Performance Lead role leads the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end Field workflow performance across defined portfolios, turning strategic frameworks into practical, day-to-day operations. It monitors performance, analyses trends, and provides clear, data-led insights to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities. The role coordinates governance forums, ensures consistent ways of working, and partners with cross-functional teams to address performance gaps and deliver measurable outcomes. It also supports playbook adoption, contributes to process and tool improvements, and fosters a collaborative, accountable environment while building capability in performance analysis and operational excellence.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills within complex operational environments, contributing to both execution and continuous improvement of frameworks and processes. You communicate clearly across a range of stakeholders and play a key role in improving workflow performance, governance, and operational outcomes. The role directly supports achieving performance targets and driving efficiency across Field Services through data-led insights, collaboration, and a focus on practical, measurable improvements.
