Your opportunity

Step into a role where your expertise with HR systems can truly make a difference!

As a Workforce Systems Advisor, you’ll be the go-to support for employees and People Leaders using Workday, helping them navigate everything from HR, Recruitment and Onboarding to Absence management. You’ll troubleshoot issues, case manage queries & collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver smooth, timely solutions.

Beyond support, you’ll also contribute to system testing, configuration, and continuous improvement projects, enhancing functionality and optimising the user experience.

With opportunities to lead training sessions, improve processes, and drive better system outcomes, this role puts you at the heart of ensuring our people have the tools and confidence they need every day.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide first-level support for Workday queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for employees and People Leaders.
  • Monitor system usage, identify issues and pain points, and deliver solutions that improve the user experience.
  • Manage and resolve cases through ServiceNow, maintaining clear communication and complete documentation.
  • Contribute to system testing, configuration, and updates, ensuring changes meet business needs and compliance standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver training, user group sessions and guidance to build confidence and capability in Workday and related processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external providers to resolve complex issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date support materials, user guides, and knowledge resources for staff across the organisation.

Requirements for success

  • Proven experience using Workday across HR, Recruitment, Onboarding and Absence modules
  • Confidence providing first-level system support and troubleshooting queries
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and approachable style
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing system performance
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
  • Flexibility and resilience to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
