Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Workplace Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Parramatta office. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences by providing high-level service to employees, visitors, and guests. You’ll help ensure seamless workplace operations while aligning with Cushman & Wakefield’s cultural pillars: inclusivity, trust-building, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by anticipating needs and delivering seamless, effective interactions.

  • Visitor Management: Manage guest and VIP arrivals, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish.

  • Mail and Locker Management: Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, handle locker allocations, and ensure effective storage management.

  • Meeting Room/Event Management: Book and manage client meeting rooms, including setup, catering coordination, and AV support.

  • Workplace Operations: Perform regular floor checks, manage WHS risks, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

  • Other Duties: Continuously improve processes, manage car parking requests, and support onboarding processes for new starters.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong background in customer service, reception, or hospitality

  • Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to multi-task and approach problem-solving with a practical mindset

  • Experience in supervising teams is a plus

  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred), or similar qualifications

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
