About the role: 
We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to support and work on site for our newly acquired client in North Ryde, Sydney. Deliver a welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors to feel confident, comfortable and cared for in the workplace.  
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the welcoming face of our workplace across Level 1-3, providing expert assistance with navigation, technology, and workplace solutions 

  • Create exceptional hospitality experiences by intuitively understanding the unique preferences of our diverse community  

  • Ensure impeccable workplace standards through strategic daily inspections of collaborative spaces and facilities 

  • Provide seamless coverage during high-demand period through versatile reception and visitor centre skills 

  • Welcome new team members with comprehensive workspace orientations and personalised first-day support 

  • Partner with the Workplace Experience Lead to implement strategic workplace experience improvements

  • Valuable experience in hospitality, workplace services or facilities support 

  • Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others 

  • Ability to deal with complex situations and competing priorities  

  • Excellent collaborative abilities that enhance team effectiveness 

  • Proven track record in high-touch service environments where exceptional experiences matter
