At Prospa, we exist to unleash the potential of small business. We are building the future of small business and simplifying cashflow by building a leading platform that helps customers make payments, fund growth and reduce admin.

The role

Are you someone who loves creating welcoming, vibrant spaces where people thrive? As our Workplace Experience Lead, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact by shaping a fun, safe, and productive environment for our team, visitors, and our Chief Happiness Officer, Carlos the Cavoodle!

In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll be the heart of the office, ensuring smooth operations, organising team events, caring for Carlos and providing our team with a workplace experience like no other!

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the face of our office: Greet visitors, coordinate deliveries, manage sign-ins, and make everyone feel at home.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Oversee reception, manage office supplies, and ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and well-organised.
  • Organise awesome team events: Plan, coordinate, and bring people together for BBQs, workshops, and more (with some help from our EA team).
  • Look after Carlos: Give our lovable office dog a walk, a treat, and lots of TLC (he's part of the team, too!).
  • Manage facilities: Keep track of repairs, manage vendors, and oversee any facilities-related requests. Communicate updates on facilities, events, and activities with the team.
  • Lead emergency drills: Keep our team safe with training and emergency preparedness (we’ll provide the training you need).
  • Manage budgets and supplies: Handle expenses, track budgets, and ensure our office stays stocked with everything needed to run smoothly.
  • Restock office supplies: Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, snacks, and drinks are well-stocked across all floors.
  • Support the broader team: Assist with catering, and setting up and packing down spaces for events and workshops.
  • Team up with the cleaner: Ensure daily tasks are completed to maintain a clean and organised office.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience that counts: You’ve worked in corporate facilities management or a similar role and understand how to keep things running smoothly.
  • A customer service pro: You communicate well with everyone, from visitors to stakeholders, and know how to handle requests with a smile.
  • Organised and efficient: You can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat, keeping everything on track.
  • Proactive problem solver: You’re quick to identify issues and come up with solutions on the fly.
  • Event planning expertise: You know how to make events fun and seamless, from catering to logistics.
  • Budget-savvy: You can track expenses, raise orders, and look for ways to save.
  • A team player: You build great relationships with colleagues and vendors, and you’re always ready to pitch in to help.

Don’t let a confidence gap get in the way of submitting your application.

What we offer:

As a busy grow getter, our benefits are here to help you be unstoppable in your mission. Whether it’s a lofty career goal, investing in your family, saving the planet or simply feeling fulfilled:
