We have an opportunity for a Workplace Experience Manager to join Samsung Electronics Australia. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management, leasing activities, Corporate Travel as well as a group of Team Assistant providing support to Senior leaders across the business.
The ideal candidate has significant experience across the full circle of Facilities Management and various general administrative activities. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to prioritizes, set clear expectations not only for their own team but also when engaging with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
In scope are all Samsung’s corporate sites across Australia. Outside the company Head Quarter located in Sydney, there are offices located in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure GA-VOE (employee service request system) is keep up to date and used by employees.

  • General Maintenance

  • Accountability for Building Security and Access Control System 

  • Manage the Corporate Travel Program and day to day travel activities for all Samsung’s Australian Travelers and invoicing

  • Carry out space analysis and scenario planning - current and future scenario planning 

  • Accountable for the further development of the Team Assistant Framework – ensure qual support across the organization

  • Provide leadership, direction and oversee projects of various sizes - ensuring strong communications and reporting is established with internal and external stakeholders in a positive working environment

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have proven experience in all facets of Facility Management in a Corporate environment

  • Experience in managing Travel and various administrative functions preferred

  • Experience in leading a team of staff to success

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience in managing AV and related technologies

  • Good knowledge of Budget and invoice management.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities and work well under pressure

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
