What this opportunity involves:  
This Workplace Manager role combines Site Lead and Admin Coordination into one role, you will be responsible for leading the team on-site and forging a lasting, open, and collaborative relationship with the client through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience on site. 
  

A snapshot of day-to-day duties required: 

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional client experience focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance 

  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies, building a community of ambassadors and workplace support teams for timely service delivery 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the onsite team and manage client expectations through proactive communication and high-touch service 

  • Handle financial responsibilities including budgeting, purchasing, invoice processing, and PO management 

  • Coordinate and support event and conference logistics, including F&B orders, PO management, and event tracking 

  • Manage office amenities such as lactation rooms, prayer rooms, and nap rooms, as well as oversee locker management and admin asset management 

  • Respond to and support ticketing enquiries, manage work orders, and assist cross-functional teams as required 

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators for employees and contractors, prioritizing daily issues and delegating responsibilities effectively 

 

About you: 
 

  • Relevant experience in hospitality, facilities/property management, operations, or commercial real estate 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service in a professional setting 

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment 

  • Capability to train team members, allocate work reasonably, and make sound judgments on results
