Troubleshoot production incidents, improve reliability and security, document procedures, and provide managed-services support through shifts, on-call coverage, and after-hours deployments.

Leads data strategy, migration, governance, and quality for enterprise Workday implementations across HR and Finance. Owns end-to-end data delivery, defines migration approaches and controls, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks, resolves complex data challenges, ensures compliance, and advises senior stakeholders. Also drives continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and scalable data solutions.

Lead cloud FinOps initiatives covering cost transparency, financial reporting, governance, dashboards, service catalogues, and optimization. Partner with cloud engineering, finance, and business stakeholders across AWS and Azure environments, using ServiceNow and enterprise reporting platforms to translate cloud consumption and financial data into actionable recommendations. The role requires on-site work in Sydney and an Australian citizenship with active security clearance.
