The role partners with account managers, hotels, and regional teams to strengthen client relationships, increase revenue, improve booking-channel adoption, and resolve account issues.

Lead Pacific B2B sales strategy for a multi-hotel portfolio, drive revenue across Rooms and M&E, manage key accounts and segments, coach and align hotel sales teams, support new hotel openings, build partnerships, and represent the company at industry events.
