Manage professional host accounts across Australia and New Zealand, driving retention, growth, listing optimization, pricing performance, and supply acquisition. Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, deliver supply-building initiatives, secure availability, educate hosts on product and policy updates, and provide ongoing support. Build strategic partner relationships, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and collaborate with product, communications, public policy, legal, and customer support teams. Occasional travel is required for in-person market support.
