Manage daily office operations and workplace experience in the Sydney office. Coordinate vendors, meetings, gatherings and leadership visits, support the Country Manager administratively, maintain hospitality standards, track operational issues, and foster a welcoming employee experience.

Lead APAC tax strategy and execution for Airbnb, managing regional tax obligations, audits, disputes, compliance, and advising on international business initiatives (including M&A). Partner with country teams, finance, legal, policy and external advisors to monitor regulatory changes, implement tax strategies, and support growth across Australia, South Korea and other APAC markets.

Lead ANZ business operations and growth by aligning cross-functional teams, running weekly operational meetings, analyzing data to inform strategy, owning end-to-end initiatives across supply, demand, and regulatory surfaces, and presenting performance narratives to senior leadership.
