Own technical customer success for robotics deployments, including onboarding, data ingestion, integrations, pilots, on-site embedding, and live debugging. Build analyses that demonstrate product value, establish pilot success criteria, develop deployment playbooks, and feed field learnings back into the platform. The role requires strong Python and data skills, customer-facing engineering experience, technical workshop presence, self-direction, and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Open call for candidates interested in solving hard problems in robotics data infrastructure. Applicants should describe who they are and what skills or contributions they would bring. Specific role responsibilities and requirements are not listed.

Own and execute growth initiatives across events, conferences, partnerships, co-marketing, distribution channels, website, email, sales collateral, and community programs. Manage the growth calendar, measure funnel performance in PostHog, identify leaks, test emerging channels, and scale effective programs across Australia, the US, and Europe. The role requires high ownership, clear communication, strong execution, and comfort building processes from scratch in a fast-moving robotics startup.
