About Alloy Robotics

We believe robotics will be the largest industry in the history of our planet.
And data is its lifeblood.

Alloy is the AI-native data platform for robotics teams.

Robot fleets generate enormous volumes of logs, video, telemetry, and mission data, and most of it ends up in silos where nobody can use it.

Alloy turns those data sources into one unified layer of intelligence. Teams can understand what happened across their fleet, find patterns faster, and turn every mission into knowledge that improves the next one.

We've raised $16m, backed by Square Peg, Blackbird, and Airtree, with angels including senior leaders from OpenAI, Anthropic, Tesla, Waymo, Physical Intelligence and Halter.

We partner with robotics teams across defence, agriculture, maritime, humanoids, construction, and medical, including Advanced Navigation, DroneForge, Breaker Industries, Swarmfarm, Andromeda and Puralink.

We're a lean team building from Sydney, and are adding our first US hires.

Where we are, and where we're heading

Alloy is moving faster than we can tell the story.

Every week, we ship new agentic workflows and learn directly from the robotics teams pushing the industry forward. That gives us a view of where the market is going that almost nobody else has.

The opportunity is to turn that alpha into content people can’t get anywhere else and growth loops that bring the best robotics teams to Alloy.

There is no playbook yet. You’ll help write it, run it, and scale what works.

About the role (Growth Ops)

Your job is to find and run the growth plays that don’t fit neatly into content: events, partnerships, new channels, and everything required to make them work.

You role will look like:

  • Running the growth calendar and keep launches, campaigns, and follow-ups moving

  • Owning events and conferences across Australia and, increasingly, the US & Europe

  • Build partnerships, co-marketing programs, and new distribution channels

  • Keep the website, email campaigns, sales collateral, and community activity moving

  • Develop a PostHog habit and find where momentum is leaking from the funnel

  • Test channels we haven’t figured out yet, from creators and UGC to partner communities

You may be a good fit if:

  • Loose ends bother you

  • You can turn a messy objective into a clear plan without creating bureaucracy

  • You notice the small details that make an event, campaign, or partnership actually work

  • You communicate clearly with founders, salespeople, customers, and external partners

  • You can own a meaningful rock from your first week

  • You measure what happened and change course when the data disagrees with you

What we like seeing:

  • Proof of work > Brand names

  • You find what needs doing and ship the work from zero to one (self-starter)

  • You’re heavily agent-pilled

  • You care deeply about the quality of what you put into the world

  • You want to understand robotics, the industry, market dynamics, who's who, why now etc

  • You prefer ownership and a blank page over waiting for somebody to write the playbook

How we work

We’re a small team and assume you are high agency, low ego & have strong bias for action.

Most problems here won’t come with a clean brief. You’ll be expected to work out what matters, question things that don’t make sense, and own the result end to end. We delete work that shouldn’t exist and spend our time on things customers will feel.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary

  • Additional compensation and benefits may include equity and flexible working arrangements

If one of these roles sounds like you but your CV doesn’t line up perfectly, apply anyway.

Show us something you’ve made, grown, or brought to life. Proof of work and rate of learning matter more to us than ticking every box.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage.
