Manage high-volume accounts receivable activities, including payment processing, customer account creation, reconciliations, clearing account maintenance, month-end preparation, aged debtor reporting, and resolution of client payment issues. The role also supports process improvements, maintains subledger-to-general-ledger accuracy, and collaborates with the broader Finance team.

Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs across classroom, e-learning, virtual, and self-paced formats. Manage LinkedIn Learning and SuccessFactors LMS platforms, coordinate internal and external learning activities, support leadership and induction programs, create role-based learning pathways, and partner with retail training teams. Analyze training outcomes and engagement while championing People and Culture initiatives and continuous improvement.
