Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs across classroom, e-learning, virtual, and self-paced formats. Manage LinkedIn Learning and SuccessFactors LMS platforms, coordinate internal and external learning activities, support leadership and induction programs, create role-based learning pathways, and partner with retail training teams. Analyze training outcomes and engagement while championing People and Culture initiatives and continuous improvement.

Manage high-volume accounts receivable activities, including payment processing, customer account creation, reconciliations, clearing account maintenance, subledger-to-general-ledger balancing, aged debtor reporting, and overdue account follow-up. The role also resolves customer payment issues, supports month-end close, identifies process improvements, and assists the broader Finance team.

Lead and manage transactional finance functions (AP, AR, treasury), ensure timely invoice processing and collections, oversee cash flow and bank reconciliations, maintain financial controls and compliance, drive process improvements and system/ERP enhancements, administer hedge and FEC contracts, support audits, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
