Support delivery of local people strategy by coordinating recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS/ATS administration, reporting and analytics, engagement, diversity and sustainability initiatives, and rewards program coordination. Drive EVP and continuous improvement projects to align people practices with business needs.

Lead and manage transactional finance functions (AP, AR, treasury), ensure timely invoice processing and collections, oversee cash flow and bank reconciliations, maintain financial controls and compliance, drive process improvements and system/ERP enhancements, administer hedge and FEC contracts, support audits, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Lead ASICS Oceania BI & AI function: define and execute BI/AI strategy, deliver analytics, reporting and dashboards, establish data governance and quality, drive AI roadmap and adoption, manage team capability, deliver projects/budgets/vendor management, and partner with stakeholders to generate measurable business value and promote data literacy.
