Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, transition and hypercare for AP+ products. Coordinate customers, schemes, internal teams and third parties to deliver compliant, timely onboarding, manage risks and issues, ensure operational readiness and handover to BAU, and drive continuous improvement in processes and customer outcomes.

Lead and set vision for product and service design across payments, identity and fraud. Design, build and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance software and APIs for payments infrastructure. Lead architecture and implementation of distributed systems, improve CI/CD and IaC, leverage AI-enabled tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards and technical direction.

Partner with business leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and commercial analysis. Drive financial reporting, business cases, cost optimisation, governance and benefits realisation to support strategic decisions and growth.

Serve as the bridge between customers, product and technical teams to onboard members to payments platforms. Manage multiple onboarding workstreams, capture and document business and system requirements, facilitate technical workshops, coordinate stakeholders, support testing and operational readiness, and drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation.

Lead development and maintenance of risk reports, dashboards and metrics; act as SME for enterprise risk reporting tools; analyze risk data to identify trends and control weaknesses; produce executive-level insights; partner with stakeholders to meet governance and regulatory needs; drive data quality, system enhancements and continuous improvement in reporting processes.

Lead development and continual improvement of AP+ enterprise risk framework, policies, appetite and metrics. Drive risk culture, embed risk practices via stakeholder engagement, workshops and training. Advise senior leaders on governance and strategy, measure policy effectiveness, manage approvals, monitor regulatory trends, and deliver strategic reports to executive forums.

Lead commercial growth for AP+ Acquiring by identifying and converting opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, developing bids and pricing, executing eftpos product roadmap, analysing market and performance data, building senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering business cases and performance reporting to drive revenue, retention and long-term account value.

Design, configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations to improve IT service delivery. Deliver controlled releases, ensure platform stability, monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, user-focused ServiceNow solutions while championing governance, security and accessibility.
