The Senior Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical solutions, focusing on requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and documentation for payments technology projects.

The Scheme Release Manager oversees the planning and execution of payment scheme releases, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and quality standards through collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Lead business analysis for payments initiatives: elicit and document requirements, model processes and data, validate solutions, manage stakeholders, support testing and implementation, and mentor junior analysts to improve BA practices.

Provide hands-on application and operational support for AP+ payment systems in a 24/7 environment: monitor availability and performance, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rota, support releases and non-functional testing, collaborate with partners, maintain operational documentation, and drive monitoring and automation improvements.

Lead strategic relationships with AP+’s largest members to grow transactions and revenue, negotiate commercial deals and RFPs, develop strategic account plans, mentor account managers, deploy rebates, and drive cross-functional initiatives and organizational change to increase product adoption and member alignment.

Lead the implementation of identity standards within ConnectID, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while providing technical guidance and representing ConnectID in standards forums.
