Designs, builds, and improves secure, scalable infrastructure and software delivery pipelines across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD automation, system integration, deployment coordination, observability, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production readiness. The role also drives AI-assisted monitoring and automation improvements while mentoring junior engineers and supporting reliable services in a payments technology environment.

Manage and evolve merchant and online retail payment products across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include market and customer research, opportunity assessment, business cases, product definition, roadmap development, cross-functional collaboration, product launches, optimization, stakeholder engagement, and performance analysis. The role focuses on e-commerce payment products and merchant propositions within Australia's domestic payments ecosystem.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, commercialization, and optimization of eftpos card-not-present products within AP+ Retail Payments. The role uses customer, market, stakeholder, and performance insights to define propositions, develop business cases, guide investment decisions, prioritize requirements, and lead go-to-market activities. Requires strong expertise in card payments, e-commerce, payment value chains, stakeholder leadership, and commercial product development.

Own the full lifecycle of fraud and scam prevention products across card and account-to-account payments. Develop propositions, strategies, roadmaps, business cases and controls using customer insight, market intelligence and performance data. Lead cross-functional delivery, launches and optimisation while engaging banks, fraud leaders, technology teams and senior stakeholders. Apply expertise in card fraud, APP scams, account takeover, mule activity, transaction monitoring, intervention and recovery to deliver scalable products across Australia’s payments ecosystem.

Support operational integrity and availability of AP+ payment systems by analysing operational data, managing incidents, onboarding members, resolving issues with stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement and compliance.
