Manage and improve secure enterprise infrastructure across Azure, on-premises, virtualized, and hybrid environments. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Linux, VMware, backup, and disaster recovery systems. Drive patching, monitoring, vulnerability management, identity controls, compliance with APRA requirements, and operational resilience. Support change, incident, problem, audit, and risk activities while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities include identity lifecycle processes, access certification, role and entitlement management, MFA, conditional access, SSO, federation, application onboarding, privileged access, least-privilege controls, and remediation of excessive or orphaned access. The role partners with security, technology, architecture, and business teams to embed scalable identity controls.

Develop and enhance enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including custom C#/.NET and JavaScript functionality, Dataverse plugins, APIs, integrations, automation, and reporting.
