Supports pharmaceutical brand and tactical marketing plans, promotional material development and approval, healthcare professional meetings, congresses, digital campaigns, supplier coordination, inventory management, contracts, and financial tracking. Partners with marketing and commercial field teams across ANZ, ensures compliance with company policies and industry codes, and develops therapeutic-area and market knowledge.

Support the Global Clinical Study Manager in global study delivery: set up and maintain study systems (eTMF, CTMS, SharePoint), track deliverables, assist study document reviews, coordinate cross‑functional teams, support vendor selection and budget/PO/payment tracking, contribute to data cleaning and Clinical Study Report activities, and help maintain TMF quality and compliance with ICH‑GCP.

Lead Japan tax compliance, accounting, audits, transfer pricing, and day-to-day tax advice for Japan and selected APAC markets. Manage tax filings, tax accounting (current/deferred), audits, transfer pricing execution, and cross-border tax issues. Partner with finance, legal, HR, commercial and external advisers to strengthen controls, documentation, and tax processes while supporting regional projects and mentoring tax team members.
