Manage planning, drafting, negotiation, tracking and execution of clinical site/investigator contracts. Oversee regional contract associates, ensure FMV compliance, coordinate with Clinical Operations and Legal, track metrics, support budgets, provide training, escalate issues, and manage CRO relationships and contract lifecycle activities to meet study timelines.

Supports pharmaceutical brand and tactical marketing plans, promotional material development and approval, healthcare professional meetings, congresses, digital campaigns, supplier coordination, inventory management, contracts, and financial tracking. Partners with marketing and commercial field teams across ANZ, ensures compliance with company policies and industry codes, and develops therapeutic-area and market knowledge.

Lead Japan tax compliance, accounting, audits, transfer pricing, and day-to-day tax advice for Japan and selected APAC markets. Manage tax filings, tax accounting (current/deferred), audits, transfer pricing execution, and cross-border tax issues. Partner with finance, legal, HR, commercial and external advisers to strengthen controls, documentation, and tax processes while supporting regional projects and mentoring tax team members.
