Partner with business leaders across Australia and New Zealand to deliver HR operations and employee lifecycle support. Coach managers on performance and conduct, manage employee cases to resolution, maintain HR records and compliance, support regional APAC HR initiatives, drive process improvements from case insights, and coordinate workers' compensation case management.

Coordinate statutory financial reporting, tax compliance (income tax, transfer pricing, CbC), and external audit across multiple entities. Oversee tax provisions, indirect tax (GST), internal controls, and audit-readiness. Support M&A integrations, entity restructures, process improvement, stakeholder partnership, and coordination with external advisors.

The Territory Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets, build relationships with clinicians, and ensure compliance with company values while managing product knowledge effectively.
