Lead people strategy for a major business area, advising senior leaders on workforce, talent, organisation design and transformation. Lead complex organisation design, govern enterprise initiatives, coach People Business Partners, manage high-risk people matters, and ensure change is embedded via integrated people solutions with Centres of Excellence and People Operations.

Sell BSI training products to new and existing B2B customers by prospecting, qualifying, managing opportunities, and closing deals. Build and maintain pipeline, produce forecasts, use CRM, develop executive relationships, apply product and competitor knowledge, meet revenue and activity targets, and act as a BSI brand ambassador.
