Lead the design and operation of enterprise AI control infrastructure, including policy enforcement, guardrails, auditability, monitoring, evaluation, assurance, and third-party oversight. Translate AI governance, risk, and policy requirements into scalable engineering controls and shared platforms. Partner with engineering, data science, risk, compliance, legal, and architecture teams to establish reusable control patterns, standards, and evidence-generation capabilities that enable safe, transparent, and sustainable AI adoption.

Leads CFS’s private wealth growth strategy across platforms, managed accounts, administration services and private markets. The role acquires and develops high-net-worth and wholesale advice relationships, builds strategic partnerships, represents CFS across industry forums, and advocates for client needs. It also designs the future team structure, coverage model, operating model and go-to-market strategy while partnering with product, investment and platform teams to expand market adoption.

Build and deploy Microsoft Power Platform automations and AI-enabled solutions, including autonomous agents, integrations, and custom Python components. The role gathers requirements, prototypes, tests, deploys, optimizes, and maintains enterprise automation and AI solutions. It collaborates with business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions while explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
