Coordinates priorities, milestones, risks, and dependencies across product, technology, operations, and external partners. Shapes API requirements, onboarding models, governance structures, operating processes, and executive communications while supporting operational readiness, training, and early partner integrations.

Conduct technology-focused internal audits, assess IT and application controls, evaluate data governance and technology risk frameworks, and produce audit reports with actionable recommendations. The role supports risk-based audit planning, stakeholder engagement, governance improvement, and compliance with IIA standards, APRA requirements, privacy obligations, and information security practices.

Supports the Responsible Entity Board with governance, regulatory compliance, fiduciary duties, investment governance, service-provider oversight, ESG integration, policy review, and governance improvement initiatives. Advises directors, management, and business stakeholders on corporate governance, financial services regulations, risk, compliance, and investment decision-making while monitoring regulatory developments and influencing effective governance outcomes.

Analyze and monitor private equity, infrastructure, property, and other unlisted assets. Lead governance and oversight of third-party financial advisers and licensees. Responsibilities include onboarding, monitoring, advice-file reviews, issue and breach management, remediation, thematic risk analysis, stakeholder influence, board reporting, and governance framework improvements. The role assesses member harm and systemic risks, recommends corrective actions, supports regulatory compliance, coaches others, and uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve governance effectiveness.
