Build and deploy Power Platform workflow automations and AI-enabled solutions, including autonomous agents, integrations, and custom Python components. The role gathers requirements, prototypes, tests, deploys, optimizes, and maintains enterprise solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and governance teams. It also requires explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and supporting solutions in regulated enterprise environments.

Provide personal financial advice to CFS direct customers on investments, superannuation contributions, retirement planning, and pension commencement. Ensure advice complies with legal, regulatory, licensee, and customer-best-interest obligations. Build customer relationships, collaborate with referral partners, improve advice accessibility, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the Super Advice business.
