Supports the Responsible Entity Board in fulfilling fiduciary, legal, regulatory, and governance obligations. Advises management on investment governance, fiduciary duties, ESG integration, compliance, risk, and corporate governance. Oversees service-provider obligations, reviews policies and Board papers, monitors regulatory developments, influences stakeholders, and leads governance improvements and transformational initiatives within a financial services environment.

Develop and deliver AI and technology education strategy for financial advisers; design and facilitate workshops, webinars and consulting engagements; create practical content and tools; measure program impact and adviser adoption; build partner and stakeholder relationships to drive adviser productivity and practice transformation.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, cloud-hosted applications, infrastructure automation, and platform tooling. Supports GitHub, Jenkins, deployment systems, and build infrastructure while troubleshooting deployments and providing Level 2/3 operational support. Collaborates across technology teams to improve reliability, observability, release efficiency, and DevOps practices, and contributes to platform enhancements and technology roadmaps.
