Manage lending operations across the full loan lifecycle, including application triage, document validation, settlement coordination, post-settlement requests, and borrower or broker support. Follow SOPs to prepare decision-ready loan files, communicate with stakeholders, identify process friction, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve workflows through automation.

Manage the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, statutory compliance, tax requirements, and audits. Lead operational risk and compliance for an AI-native banking cloud platform. Identify and assess risks, design controls, manage regulatory change, coordinate assurance (e.g., SOC 2), oversee third-party due diligence, drive remediation, and use AI tools to automate and scale risk and compliance workflows.

Design and develop complex software solutions for a banking platform, leading engineering efforts, and mentoring team members in a high-impact role.
