Own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across multiple connected digital product areas. Align teams around OKRs, resolve cross-team dependencies, establish product discovery and experimentation standards, and guide high-stakes portfolio decisions. The role requires extensive technical product management experience, platform scaling expertise, generative AI experience, and enterprise systems and data integration knowledge.

Leads reliability and infrastructure projects across teams, designing highly available AWS and GCP environments, observability standards, automation, security controls, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Acts as incident commander, drives SLOs and error budgets, improves operational processes through automation and self-service tooling, and mentors engineers on production ownership. Requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability, Linux, networking, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development.

Lead a 2–4 engineer team to design, build, operate, and improve Customer Operations applications (Claims Portal, chatbots). Own technical direction, delivery, architecture, observability, and AI/LLM integrations. Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure improvements in reliability, quality, and operational outcomes.

Lead infrastructure and reliability strategy across the organization. Architect multi-region cloud platforms, define observability and SLOs, lead incident response, build automation and self-service platforms, mentor engineers, apply AI-assisted tools, and drive cloud cost optimisation and disaster recovery practices.
