Lead project planning, stakeholder coordination, process assessments, control design uplift, data governance and regulatory reporting improvements. Lead and deliver payments, treasury and regulatory reporting projects and process improvements. Elicit and document requirements, maintain SOPs, support testing and BAU, manage risks and stakeholders, ensure regulatory and control compliance, and perform post‑implementation reviews.

Process and authorise trade finance transactions, monitor risks and controls, prepare reconciliations and reports, support relationship managers and GTS, remediate backlogs, complete checklists and RCSA, and ensure compliance with ICC rules, AML/CTF and sanctions within agreed SLAs.

Lead end-to-end financial control and APRA regulatory reporting for DBS Australia, manage month-end close, prepare APRA returns, interpret EFS instructions, resolve technical accounting, drive process improvements and internal controls, coordinate audits, support operational finance tasks and coach local finance staff while engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
