Process and reconcile payment, term deposit, and Global Financial Markets transactions accurately and within deadlines. Perform maker-checker controls, investigate exceptions, monitor transactions, maintain audit records, and escalate operational risks. Support user acceptance testing, system enhancements, projects, and Head Office initiatives while following AML/CTF, sanctions, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

Manage and deliver a portfolio of risk, controls and process uplift projects across the Australia branch. Lead project planning, stakeholder coordination, process assessments, control design uplift, data governance and regulatory reporting improvements. Support control testing, RCSA, remediation, business continuity and identify automation opportunities to strengthen operational resilience.

Lead DBS Australiabranch technology, risk and information security; ensure service availability and resilience; own technology risk and security frameworks; manage regulatory compliance, audits and third-party/vendor risk; partner with Group Technology and stakeholders; lead and develop a small technology team.

Lead and deliver payments, treasury and regulatory reporting projects and process improvements. Elicit and document requirements, maintain SOPs, support testing and BAU, manage risks and stakeholders, ensure regulatory and control compliance, and perform post‑implementation reviews.
