Provide project support and testing for a core banking system migration and loan interface project. Execute and document UAT/LV test scripts, perform data analysis, raise IT tickets for defects, communicate with stakeholders, and support BAU operations including occasional weekend testing.

Support end-to-end customer onboarding in DBS Sydney by verifying documents, entering and maintaining customer data in Finacle, conducting KYC checks, handling inbound customer enquiries, assisting with regulatory reporting (FATCA/CRS), supporting audits and UAT, and ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.

Process and authorise trade finance transactions, monitor risks and controls, prepare reconciliations and reports, support relationship managers and GTS, remediate backlogs, complete checklists and RCSA, and ensure compliance with ICC rules, AML/CTF and sanctions within agreed SLAs.
