Lead project planning, stakeholder coordination, process assessments, control design uplift, data governance and regulatory reporting improvements. Support control testing, RCSA, remediation, business continuity and identify automation opportunities to strengthen operational resilience.

Lead and deliver payments, treasury and regulatory reporting projects and process improvements. Elicit and document requirements, maintain SOPs, support testing and BAU, manage risks and stakeholders, ensure regulatory and control compliance, and perform post‑implementation reviews.

Process and authorise trade finance transactions, monitor risks and controls, prepare reconciliations and reports, support relationship managers and GTS, remediate backlogs, complete checklists and RCSA, and ensure compliance with ICC rules, AML/CTF and sanctions within agreed SLAs.
