Lead People Advisory across Diageo Australia, advising managers on complex employee matters and managing ER/IR cases, investigations, policies, EBA and union obligations. Ensure legally compliant and consistent people practices while coaching managers and partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and business leaders. Lead HR projects, process simplification, governance improvements, transformation, and change implementation across a matrixed organization.
